Notice is hereby given that our clients, Mr. Dhanji Sampat Vanava & Megha Dhanji Vanava, are intending to purchase the Flat No.13,3rd floor, Building no.5, Shirin Apartment of Shreeji CHSL., J.D. Road Opp. Ganga Jamuna Cinema, Tardeo Division, Mumbai, from Shailesh DevichandJain.
Said flat no.13 was purchased by Mr. Shah Devichand Hajarimalji through an Agreement dated 12/07/1983 from Tardeo Properties Pvt. Ltd. & The Sonawala Co.Pvt. Ltd. Said Mr.Devichand Hajarimal Jain, gifted said flat to Shailesh Devichand Jain through a registered Gift Deed Dated 19/06/2017 (BBE2/8438/2017). It is informed that said original agreements dated 12/07/1983hasbeenlost.
If any person/institution/Bank has possession of the above lost documents or has any right, title or/and interest in respect of the said flat by way of sale, gift, lease, inheritance, exchange, mortgage, charge, lien, trust, possession, easement, attachment or otherwise, is hereby required to make the same known in writing to the undersigned, along with the document is support thereof, within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of the publication hereof, failing which the claim of such person/institution/Bank shall be deemed to have been waived and/or abandoned and our client shall complete the transaction without reference to the claim and /orobjection R.C.
