Larsen and Tou bro on Wednesday said it has entered into a definitive agreement with ES AB Holdings Ltd for selling its entire stake in wholly-ownedarmEWAC Alloys for ~522 cr ore. The engineering giant in a filing to B SE said that it has" entered into a definitive agreement with ESAB Holdings, acompany registered in the United Kingdom, onOctober11, forthe divestment of its entire stake in EWACAlloys".
