Creador picks 5% stake in Ujjivan for ~215 crore

Private equity (PE) firm Creador has invested ~215 crore in Ujjivan Financial Services. Ardisia, an affiliate to Creador III LP, has invested the money for a 5 per cent stake in Ujjivan Financial Services. This is the 28th investment of Creador (10th in India). Ujjivan, the holding company of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, is focused on providing loans to the underserved population. Ujjivan serves 3.7 million customers.
