Ind ia Mobile Congress 2018( I MC 2018), South Asia’ s largest Mobile, Internet and Technology event will commence on 25 th October 2018 atNewDelhi’s Aerocity. With its theme“NewDigital Horizons: Connect, Create, Innovate”, the second edition of the event is being jointly organised by Cellular Operators Associatio­n of India (COAI) and Department of Telecommun­ications( Do T ). #I MC 2018 will be a gathering aimed at building ideas, sharing knowledge and best practices, forming lasting industry relationsh­ips, showcasing game-changing mobile technology and product trends, providing sector al insights, industrial solutions, case studies and workshops. The event is designed towards ‘connecting’ India, ‘creating’an ecosystem for I CT players to take part in the growth of digital India and‘ innovating’ to has ten the pace of technology and network solutions adoption, that will ultimately lead to hitherto unforeseen socio-economic developmen­t for the nation. The event is expected to witness participat­ion of 10 Partner Countries ,200+ GlobalSpea­kers, 300+ Exhibitors, 5,000+ CXOs, 1,000+ Internatio­nal Media, 250 Startups and 100,000+ visitors. This year, the event will particular­ly encourage the country’s robust startup ecosystem and budding entreprene­urs, through various targeted engagement programs. The main focus of IMC 2018 will be on 5G and discussion­s will revolve around how such futuristic technologi­es willbuild India’sdigital future.
