OFFICE REALTY GAINING TRACTION

Indian real estate attracted private equity investments of $2.31 billion, across 11 deals in year-to-date (YTD) 2020 (January 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020). Of the total PE investments in real estate, office segment fetched the largest share of $1.87 billion, claiming 81 per cent share, followed by warehousing at 10 per cent, and residential 9 per cent, according to a report by Knight Frank India.
