It crowd-sources data from users who download OpenSignal app and do speed tests on their smartphones. OpenSignal claims to have conducted 1.3 billion tests on some 93,464 users. Most of its data comes from background testing and not from user-initiated speed tests. The first test report was released in April. Here are the recent test results
