OAKS HOTELS AND RESORTS OPENS ITS FIRST PROPERTY IN INDIA

Oaks Hotels and Resorts opens its first property in India in the sacred city of Bodhgaya, Bihar.

The hospitality company has partnered with GP Group, and Top Travel and Tours to launch this property. The 78-key hotel is at a convenient location – within seven kilometres from the Gaya International Airport, two kilometres from Magadh University, three and a half kilometres from the sacred Mahabodhi Temple and ten kilometres from Vishnupad Temple.

All 74 Deluxe rooms measure 30 sqm, and encompass the basic amenities that include a walk-in shower, a bathtub and bathroom amenities, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar, an in-room safe, a flat screen LED TV and twin sized beds. In addition, there are three suites measuring 66 sqm, that feature a king-size bed with two bathrooms with bathtubs, a lounge and a dining area. There is also a Deluxe suite (40 sqm), equipped with access for the disabled.

Oaks Bodhgaya offers a 24-hour reception service, a concierge, express checkin and check out facilities. The hotel has a banquet hall (160 sqm) that can host up to 60 people for various business meets and events. There is also a gym, library lounge and a rooftop meditation space for guests to relax and rejuvenate.
