Malaysia Airlines regrets the experience encountered by our valued passenger on board flight MH124 from Perth to Kuala Lumpur. The safety and comfort of our passengers and crew are always of utmost importance and Malaysia Airlines has since reached out to the passenger, who was compensated with Enrich miles (our loyalty programme).

Proper procedures are in place for the carriage of livestock in particular and we assure our passengers that their health and safety were never compromised during these particular flights. Feedback has been conveyed to our aircraft manufacturer and steps have been taken to avoid a recurrence of this incident.
