and man­u­fac­tur­ing base lo­cally. And most of these com­pa­nies know or al­ready work with Dimerco in China and ASEAN re­gion. This has helped our In­dia op­er­a­tion to grow well in the last one year.

We are fol­low­ing our growth di­rec­tions in the emerg­ing al­ter­nate en­ergy ver­ti­cal like so­lar and wind en­ergy. We have han­dled large branded projects in this space. And, in the fu­ture also we plan to ex­tend our spe­cial­ist sup­ply chain ser­vices into the chal­leng­ing pharma as well as the In­dian tex­tile and gar­ment ex­port mar­ket. What is your present ge­o­graph­i­cal net­work across the coun­try? What are your ex­pan­sion plans?

Dimerco in In­dia cur­rently has its own of­fices in Ban­ga­lore, Chen­nai, Delhi, Ahmed­abad, Mum­bai and Hy­der­abad. Our ex­pan­sion will de­pend on the new op­por­tu­ni­ties. Our cri­te­ria is ba­si­cally to ex­pand ac­cord­ing to our global cus­tomer lo­ca­tions in In­dia. How­ever, in such lo­ca­tions where we do not have own of­fices at mo­ment, we do have a strong lo­cal part­ner net­work who han­dle our clients busi­ness re­quire­ments on our be­half and un­der our con­stant qual­ity watch. Hence, we are cov­ered across all ma­jor and non ma­jor ports and air­port gate­ways. See­ing the e-com­merce boom, how has the com­pany up­graded its plat­form?

Our group has de­vel­oped ex­per­tise and tech tools to at­tend to our cus­tomers in this seg­ment wherein we run them suc­cess­fully with our IT back-end sys­tem called Value+. Our e-com­merce clients in­clude some of the ma­jor por­tals in Asia Pa­cific. Our fo­cus in fu­ture is to cre­ate value through in­te­grat­ing sup­ply chains for In­dian e-com­merce com­pa­nies and adapt from source to de­liv­ery. so­lu­tions What is your USP?

We bring our global ex­per­tise and good prac­tices with a per­son­alised touch with a be­lief that our strength comes with ef­fec­tive home grown man­age­ment. It has served in the In­dian mar­ket for long and know the pulse of our cus­tomers. Fur­ther, in or­der to bring speedy and clear com­mu­ni­ca­tion, we spon­sor young and en­thu­si­as­tic In­dian Chi­nese eth­nic­ity peo­ple to ed­u­cate and work in our cor­po­rate Taipei head of­fice.
