We are following our growth directions in the emerging alternate energy vertical like solar and wind energy. We have handled large branded projects in this space. And, in the future also we plan to extend our specialist supply chain services into the challengin­g pharma as well as the Indian textile and garment export market. What is your present geographic­al network across the country? What are your expansion plans?

Dimerco in India currently has its own offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Hyderabad. Our expansion will depend on the new opportunit­ies. Our criteria is basically to expand according to our global customer locations in India. However, in such locations where we do not have own offices at moment, we do have a strong local partner network who handle our clients business requiremen­ts on our behalf and under our constant quality watch. Hence, we are covered across all major and non major ports and airport gateways. Seeing the e-commerce boom, how has the company upgraded its platform?

Our group has developed expertise and tech tools to attend to our customers in this segment wherein we run them successful­ly with our IT back-end system called Value+. Our e-commerce clients include some of the major portals in Asia Pacific. Our focus in future is to create value through integratin­g supply chains for Indian e-commerce companies and adapt from source to delivery. solutions What is your USP?

We bring our global expertise and good practices with a personalis­ed touch with a belief that our strength comes with effective home grown management. It has served in the Indian market for long and know the pulse of our customers. Further, in order to bring speedy and clear communicat­ion, we sponsor young and enthusiast­ic Indian Chinese ethnicity people to educate and work in our corporate Taipei head office.
