How Maya won over the cargo crowd
The second edition of India Cargo Award - West & South was held on August 3, 2016 at Novotel Pune Nagar Road. Ajay Kumar, Director, Pune International Airport graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Following the tradition of recognising hard work of those who have taken the industry to heights, veteran Shantanu Bhadkamkar, Chairman, International Federation of Customs Brokers Association (IFCBA) was awarded with the Gold Maya and he joined Gallery of Legends. With his vast experience in the industry, Manoj Singh, Vice President & Head - Cargo, Mumbai International Airport was honoured with the Gold Maya as DDP Game Changer. The rising star of cargo industry in the West and South region, Saurabh Trikha, Director, Aargus Global Logistics was presented with the Gold Maya as Face of the Future. India Cargo Awards is an initiative to recognise the talent of those people who are working persistently so as to take the industry to new heights. The industry appreciated the much-needed effort of recognising the talent of cargo industry and looking forward for more award evenings.
