Delhi-Luxembourg freighter for new markets
A new freighter has been launched from Delhi to Luxembourg with increased opportunities to access new markets.The new service will facilitate growing trade flows between Europe and India.
China Airlines has commenced the freighter service exDelhi into the heart of Europe, Luxembourg (LUX) on August 28, 2016. The route will be served with equipment B747-400F. The airline will be covering majority of ports in Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland and UK. Tien Chung Kwang,Honorable Ambassador of Taiwan stated the important role that India plays in the cargo industry. He also mentioned about the strong and friendly relations between India and Taiwan.
Talking about customer benefits, Prithviraj Singh Chug, Director, Ascent Air, mentions, “China Airlines provides customised logistics solutions.
For special cargo, the airline has launched variation service that is a specialised solution for special cargo that can fulfil all special handling requirements and arrive at the final destination quickly and safely.”
“The general cargo solution is an airport to airport service with economic and reliable ways to manage cargo,” he added. Talking about the latest development of the launch of the CI freighter services to Luxembourg from Delhi, Eric Lin, AVP, China Airlines Cargo, says, “With the aim to fly high in India, this service will open up new opportunities.”
