In­dia Cargo Award – North & East trav­elled to Gur­gaon to fe­lic­i­tate the key play­ers of the cargo in­dus­try. The se­cond edi­tion was held on Oc­to­ber 13, 2016 at Hy­att Re­gency Gur­gaon. The evening was graced by the pres­ence of Dr Renu Singh Par­mar, Se­nior Ad­vi­sor, Min­istry of Civil Avi­a­tion, Gov­ern­ment of In­dia and Vi­neet Pandey, Chief Gen­eral Man­ager Busi­ness De­vel­op­ment and Mar­ket­ing Direc­torate, De­part­ment of Post, Min­istry of Com­mu­ni­ca­tion& In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­ogy, Gov­ern­ment of In­dia.

SL Sharma, Chair­man & Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor, Sky­ways Group and Im­me­di­ate Past Pres­i­dent, Air Cargo Agents As­so­ci­a­tion of In­dia (ACAAI) was awarded with the Gold Maya as he joined Gallery of Le­gends.

With his vast ex­pe­ri­ence in the in­dus­try, Ramesh Mami­dala, CEO, Celebi Delhi Cargo Ter­mi­nal Man­age­ment In­dia was hon­oured with the Gold Maya as the DDP Game Changer.

Rubal Jain, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor, Saf­ex­press was pre­sented with the Gold Maya as the DDP Trail Blazer award.

In­dia Cargo Awards is an ini­tia­tive to recog­nise the tal­ent of those peo­ple who are work­ing per­sis­tently to take the in­dus­try to heights. The in­dus­try ap­pre­ci­ated the much-needed ef­fort of recog­nis­ing the tal­ent of cargo in­dus­try.
