Escorts launches new global product line

Escorts Limited has launched 13 new tractors in the 12 hp to 110 hp range. Expected to help the company to further increase its reach into the international markets, the new products were launched under the brand name of Farmtrac, Powertrac and Euroline Series. Gaining in aesthetics, fuel efficiency and performance, the tractors are powered by common rail diesel engines. A part of Escorts’ ‘Global Trannsformation Vision 2020’, the tractors, according to Rajiv Wahi, Head – International Business, Escorts Agri Machinery, would support Escorts’ ambitious global expansion spree with a clear five year roadmap. It was recently that the company formed a separate international business division to forward its global ambitions.
