One could get a good glimpse of how the future will look like in the commercial vehicle industry from the cover story on the Mahindra Blazo. This is perhaps because it is meant to address diverse requirements of transporters apart from fuel savings which is a major cost. Volvo’s hybrid bus, at the other end, looks like a smart proposition for Indian metro cities like Delhi and Mumbai which are already suffering from pollution.
