I ordered for a lint remover from Snapdeal and received it late, almost after a week of the promised delivery date. On top of that, it was a faulty product. The remover is not in working condition. The ‘replace’ option on their website is inactive. I am hoping that the company will refund the amount paid and also compensate for the time loss and inconvenience caused. Else, I will have to move to consumer forum with a formal complaint. Sapna Saini Since the company delivered a faulty product, the consumer is justified in demanding refund of her money. Callous attitude is not expected from a reputed company in particular and we expect them to address the matter within five days.
