I or­dered for a lint re­mover from Snapdeal and re­ceived it late, al­most af­ter a week of the promised de­liv­ery date. On top of that, it was a faulty prod­uct. The re­mover is not in work­ing con­di­tion. The ‘re­place’ op­tion on their web­site is in­ac­tive. I am hop­ing that the com­pany will re­fund the amount paid and also com­pen­sate for the time loss and in­con­ve­nience caused. Else, I will have to move to con­sumer fo­rum with a for­mal com­plaint. Sapna Saini Since the com­pany de­liv­ered a faulty prod­uct, the con­sumer is jus­ti­fied in de­mand­ing re­fund of her money. Cal­lous at­ti­tude is not ex­pected from a re­puted com­pany in par­tic­u­lar and we ex­pect them to ad­dress the mat­ter within five days.
