MPs seek strict road safety law

Nearly one-fifth of MPs have written to the prime minister in the past four months seeking a strong and effective law to make roads safer. The petition signed by 57 MPs cutting across party lines was sent by Consumer Voice to Prime Minister Narendra Modi with an appeal to introduce the Road Safety and Transport Bill.
