Mountain Climber

Mountain climbing is when you go into a plank and then bring alternate knees up

to your shoulder.

Squat Thrusts

Squat, then push your legs back into a push-up position. Bring them back,

and repeat.

Swabbing

Yes, good old swabbing the floors. At least one room in the house. Put on some

music, get a clean mop, and sweep the entire room on your haunches. This works the abs, butt and thigh (ABT). It also works out your arms as you have to move the cloth from one side to the other. Makes you lose weight in all the right places!
