Take a long shower to open up your pores. After 15 minutes, use a washcloth and a heavy, granulated ltd exfoliating scrub, and work over your butt cheeks in small circles, smoothing out the rough spots. Once you’re out of the shower, put on a firming face mask. Squeeze a quarter-size dollop onto the palm of your hand and then add a few pinches of freshly brewed coffee grounds. The caffeine dehydrates fat cells, making the skin look tighter and smoother. Leave on for 10 minutes then rinse off. Follow up by applying an anti-acne product that contains glycolic acid (it’ll further exfoliate) and salicylic acid (it’ll kill bacteria that can contribute to zits down there) before applying a deep moisturiser.
