G1244 may not ring a bell, but it was the orig­i­nal codee name for a shoul­der bag pro­to­type Gucci had de­signed in 1961—a chic can­vas, rounded bag that was in­spired by horse sta­bles. Jackie Onas­sis loveded and ac­cu­mu­lated this de­sign through­out the ’60s and ’70s; when the bagag was fi­nally re­vamped in 1996, it was given the moniker, The Jackie. It takes a min­i­mum of seven hours and max­i­mum of 13 hours to con­struct!
