Rice is full of es­sen­tial nu­tri­ents like iron and is a good source of com­plex car­bo­hy­drates. Rice is safe for those bat­tling di­a­betes as the starch present in it has very low car­bo­hy­drate con­tent as com­pared to other starchy foods.
