Period Diary
Can’t keep track of your cycle? Period Diary is a unique tracker for your period, which helps track your next cycle, ovulation, fertility, moods, and weight. Bonus: it’s password protected, incredibly simple to use, and has a super-cute design.
MyFitnessPal
Jeans getting a little snug? MyFitnessPal is your new BFF. It has over two million foods in its database to help you ID the number of calories in almost everything. It also keeps you on track by logging exercise sessions while charting your progress.
SleepBot
SleepBot tracks and measures how well you sleep, to wake you up when you’re sleeping the lightest. It also tracks movement overnight, auto-recording so you can hear whether you snore or if you’re having breathing problems.
EyeXam
Vision feeling strange? EyeXam tests your eyes for 20/20 vision, colour blindness and eye dominance, and will tell you whether it’s time to get yourself a pair of specs. Always consult an eye specialist if you’re concerned about your eye health. p s
RunKeeper
They call it a ‘personal trainer in your pocket’ because it tracks walks and runs (and bike rides too!) to show speed, time, and total distance travelled. RunKeeper is also a great motivator—it notifies you when you have a new personal best.
HappyHabits
HH uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to make you a happier, kinder, more positive person by giving you a daily list of activities that have been proven to improve moods. It also lets you keep a happiness journal.
