At Mpha­sis our pri­mary GTM ser­vice of­fer­ings are (i) Front to Back trans­for­ma­tion (ii) Ev­ery­thing to Cloud powered by Cog­ni­tive (E2C2) – Trans­form­ing the core. In align­ment to our ser­vice of­fer­ing, we are trans­form­ing our in­ter­nal en­ter­prise by in­tro­duc­ing new age user BOT en­abled front end powered by tech­nolo­gies like AI and An­a­lyt­ics with­out any changes in core sys­tems. In this jour­ney we are on large scale adap­tion of cloud SaaS based ap­pli­ca­tions as col­lab­o­ra­tion and pro­duc­tiv­ity plat­form for Mpha­sis.

Can you sug­gest 3 Dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion roll out best prac­tices?

One, any trans­for­ma­tion ini­tia­tive has to be driven from top-down and Dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion is not ex­cep­tion to this. For the Dig­i­tal Trans­for­ma­tion to be suc­cess­ful, it has to be busi­ness out­come driven trans­for­ma­tion ini­tia­tive with buy-in from func­tional stake­hold­ers. Two, al­ways look holis­ti­cally – the larger pic­ture and do not take iso­lated lo­cal or tem­po­rary-fix path. It is ex­tremely crit­i­cal to stitch the process for the larger scope be­fore the trans­for­ma­tion jour­ney can be ini­ti­ated. Fi­nally, lever­age the power of tech­nol­ogy (An­a­lyt­ics, Au­to­ma­tion, Ma­chine Learn­ing, Ar­ti­fi­cial In­tel­li­gence etc) to de­liver sim­pler, faster and cheaper busi­ness out­come any­where-any­time.

What are the 3 pri­or­i­ties for your IT Or­ga­ni­za­tion in 2018?

The first one is tal­ent man­age­ment and trans­for­ma­tion in­clud­ing em­ployee life­cy­cle trans­for­ma­tion across en­ter­prise. The sec­ond one would be ‘Process Au­to­ma­tion’ us­ing RPA and Orches­tra­tion for all IT ser­vices to en­hance turn­around time and em­ployee ex­pe­ri­ence. The third is DB Con­sol­i­da­tion and mi­gra­tion to Cloud in align­ment to our strat­egy of E2C2 trans­for­ma­tion.
