oing Dig­i­tal - what does it mean to you and your or­ga­ni­za­tion?

Dig­i­tal is not the thing but its the way of do­ing things it has an­other name - that’s dig­i­tal dis­rup­tion (which is for the good). Ev­ery­thing is be­com­ing dig­i­tal right from Tal­ent till Busi­ness. It’s like In­no­va­tive new tech­nolo­gies and mod­els which im­pact the value of ex­ist­ing prod­ucts and ser­vices of­fered in the in­dus­try; Or­ga­ni­za­tions may vary in in­ter­cept­ing or act­ing on def­i­ni­tion of same but hav­ing a good un­der­stand­ing of what dig­i­tal means is the must it al­lows the Or­ga­ni­za­tion to draw way for­ward path as to how the same can be used to cap­ture the mar­ket and en­hanc­ing the cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence.

We are also in­vest­ing in Dig­i­tal on the var­i­ous line of busi­ness we run right from Fleet ser­vices com­pany ( Jet­fleet); Travel house ( Je­tair Tours); cus­tomer ex­cel­lence cen­ter( Je­tair Shared Ser­vices ) which is a profit cen­ter we work for pro­vid­ing IT & BPO ser­vices to third par­ties.

For Fleet Ser­vices we pro­vide fleets to tour var­i­ous B2B cus­tomers and we have in­vested in pa­per­less duty slips; right from cre­at­ing duty; tak­ing ac­knowl­edge­ment and in­voic­ing to cor­po­rates on real-time ba­sis also tak­ing feed­back and track­ing the trip is also done on real-time ba­sis; We are mov­ing on im­prov­ing and add more fea­tures in so that our cus­tomer has trou­ble-free travel thus cre­at­ing the dif­fer­en­tia­tor can­not re­veal more on fea­tures.

At Je­tair shared ser­vices we have helped var­i­ous third party in their ini­tia­tive to go dig­i­tal right from real-time at­ten­dance, sales, the demo of the prod­uct till ser­vice ticket gen­er­a­tion ev­ery­thing is done on an app-based pro­gram and real-time an­a­lyt­ics for same is pro­vided to clients.
