PEACE PEACE STARTS STARTS WITHIN WITHIN

The art of being at peace lies in connecting with yourself and this art can be facilitated if your surroundings are conducive

- KHUSHDEEP BANSAL

When was the last time you realised that you were looking for peace? If you think about it, probably it was just a few moments ago or, at the most, a few days ago. Consciously or unconsciously, all of us are looking for peace and at times try to understand the spiritual side of ourselves. While some of you seemingly look happy and content with your spiritual consciousness, many are only left wondering how to attain peace and awaken our spiritual self.

Interestingly, you do not have to look far and do not have to travel any distance to attain the state of peace. Peace starts within each one of us. When we have inner peace, we can be at peace with those around us. No element can interfere with the peace that lives within you, unless you allow it to do so. The art of being at peace lies in connecting with yourself and this art can be facilitated if your surroundings and the environment are conducive.

The quality and domain of this connectivity is governed by your space — the place where you live. Every activity, colours, shapes and objects in your home create a particular effect in your inner mind (subconscious mind) which decides where your consciousness is connected.

Anything that connects you with your own self, anything that takes you to a state of enlightenment has a potential to stimulate your spiritual side. It can be a painting, a sculpture, a place, or even a person.

Therefore, since ancient times, symbols and artefacts were used in buildings to facilitate connectivity with higher self. Even in MahaVaastu, a painting or sculpture of Lord Buddha in Northeast Vaastu zone of your home is advised to improve this connectivity.

There are some buildings across the globe wherein just by entering those buildings you feel enlightened and connected with your higher self. Most of these buildings are temples. Even today, you can find many ancient temples that are famous for wish fulfillment. The secret of wish fulfilment is that the space inside the temple makes you connected with your deeper self and in that state of your inner mind whatever you visualise and desire gets manifested in the material world. By placing certain symbols and artefacts in your home, your subconscious mind can be programmed to attract specific results and situations in your life. Your subconscious mind is continuously picking up information from your immediate environment and is accord- ingly getting programmed. The moment you clean the Northeast zone of anti-colours like red, orange, pink, yellow (which are not supposed to be in this zone of building as per MahaVaastu) and anti-activities/elements like the kitchen, storeroom, waste articles (activities that are not recommended to take place in this zone), and place a pyramid there as per the Amplifier Technique of MahaVaastu, not only does the space inside your building start behaving positively, but your subconscious mind also starts picking up clarity and positive information that can help you attain a superior level of consciousness. You get connected with your own higher self. That becomes a medium for extending the right guidance to you.

You start gaining clarity at the level of the conscious mind that not only gives you the inner pleasure and sense of achievement, but also helps you move ahead in life, spiritually and otherwise.
