BJP MLC held for molesting minor

Patna: The BJP on Sunday suspended its senior leader and party MLC Tunna Pandey after he was arrested by the GRP for allegedly molesting a minor girl on train. Taking a strict note of the incident the BJP on Sunday suspended him from all party positions while terming the act as “serious and heinous” in nature. Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi said, “The party took immediate action against the MLC after he was arrested whereas the ruling grand secular alliance instead of expelling Shahbuddin kept him in the national executive committee of the RJD”.
