UNREASONABLE SALES THROUGH EBAY

Iplaced an order through Internet for an apple peeler corer, slicer, cutter, dicer and kitchen machine (Item Number:331907517325) through eBay on July 8. On receipt of the item I observed that the machine was only peeling and cannot perform the other coresl. When contacted eBay says that the seller is calling it as “Apple Peeler corer, Slicer, Cutter, Dicer Kitchen machine” but it is meant only for peeling. I told them I do not want just a peeler. Since the product is deviating from the purpose , I requested them to take back the item and refund the amount as per the PaisaPay guarantee. PaisaPay ID: 43106292778 Claim ID: 2177720, but eBay says that they cannot refund the amount and asked me to contact the seller for any further clarification. If this is the case someone else may call a “printer, copier, faxing machine” and sell an ordinary printer. It amounts to cheating. I request higher authorities of eBay to look into it do the needful to refund the amount.
