KARBONN REFUSES TO REPAIR PHONE

Ipurchased a Karbonn mobile phone (model number KC540+ with IMEI number 911230352732649) on September 19, 2015. The mobile phone is heating up when the battery is inside and also during charging. Because of the possibility of exploding I removed the battery and went to the service centre at Sagar Plaza, Abids, Hyderabad. But the service centre rejected my request to do servicing twice, saying that my model is not in their list of servicing. Servicing was rejected in spite of a year’s warranty (i.e., till September 18, 2016). When I contacted the company’s head office nobody was responding to my calls.
