TYPES OF CHOCOLATES

FSSAI states that the addition of vegetable fats other than cocoa butter should not exceed 5% and the sugar must not exceede 50%. It has listed chocolates into eight types: milk chocolates, milk covering chocolates, plain chocolates, plain covering chocolates, blended chocolates, white chocolates, filled chocolates and composite chocolates (with dry fruits or fruits).
