Airtel Broadband not allowing migration plans

My request to migrate to plans with higher speeds of any technology (copper or v-fibre) is not being entertained by Airtel Broadband under one pretext or other.

Iam a subscriber of Airtel broadband (a/c No: 04089163719_ap) with 8 mbps plan. My request to migrate to plans with higher speeds of any technology (copper or vfibre) is not being entertained by Airtel Broadband under one pretext or other.

My mails to appellate and nodal officers have also been of no use. They are just messing around with customers passing the buck to and fro. I request Airtel authorities to migrate me to higher speed plans immediately.
