TN GUV SEEKS ASSEMBLY SECY REPORT

Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao on Sunday sought a “factual and detailed report immediately” from the secretary of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, AMP Jamaludeen, on the events that took place during the trust vote sought by Chief Minister Edappadi K Palanisami on Saturday.

Attaching representations from DMK and other parties which alleged violence inside the House and irregularities in the way the voting took place, Mr Rao sent a letter to Mr Jamaludeen asking him to furnish a detailed report.
