ACTCORP IGNORES CUSTOMERS, GIVES POOR SERVICE

The service provided by ACTCORP Broadband, formerly known as Beam, is very poor. Actcorp is misusing its monopoly in Hyderabad and is neglecting customer service. They are extremely inefficien­t.

I have been facing regular connectivi­ty problems since a year and have made numerous complaints to customer care (Customer ID: 86664, abhishekag­arwal90@yahoo.com (Actcorp registered ID). It has still not been resolved. Whenever they come, they restart the router and ensure the connection is restored. But the problem resurfaces within minutes.

This cycle has been continuing for a long time. I approached the nodal office and the appellate authority of ACTCORP via email but they do not seem to exist. Not a single response was received to three e-mails sent to their official IDs in a week.

No one is raising their voice against this and I see no government body verifying whether ACTCORP and other such companies have proper complaint redressal system.

I pay a fixed amount every month regardless of connectivi­ty. By law, I am supposed to be getting uninterrup­ted Internet if I paid for the same.
