Act Fibernet has cut net services

am a subscriber of internet service provider Act Fibernet with registered mobile number 8686719000 and my account number is 101004958043.
As most of our family members are now using JIO, we discontinued paying for Act Fibernet. Act executives then called me and pleaded with me that I continue with their service. One of their executives, Yousuff (cell #9951613942 ) called me and met me at my residence and offered a 50 per cent discount.
My subscription (monthly `472) ends on 10th of every month. I innocently trusted him and paid on the spot `272 on 24 April 2017 for one month’s subscription.
Now, after only 15 days of the service, Act Fibernet is sending me SMS and emails reminding me of a payment of `530. I don’t know how this amount has been calculated.
I spoke to Mr Yousuff and reminded him about his promise, but he bluntly denied all what he had told me and also spoke rudely to me. My service has been deactivated.
I learn that several other of their subscribers are facing problems, and their services are defunct, and technicians are not rectifying problems. Act Fibernet services are going from bad to worse. I request the authorities to take action against the company.
