5,000 and less steps per week: Sedentary 5,000-7,499 steps per week: Low active 7,500-9,999 steps per week: Somewhat active 10,000 steps per week: Active 12,500 steps per week: Highly active 3,000

steps per day for five days a week is what the WHO recommends
