SCR seeks report on stale food

Hyderabad: The SCR sought a report into stale food supplied to passengers on the Chennai-Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express on Sunday night. Passengers had stopped the train at the Secunderabad station and staged a protest for twoand-a-half hours. SCR General Manager Vinod Kumar Yadav sought a report from officials who sorted out the matter. He apprised the chief managing director of the catering corporation IRCTC and the GM, South Western Railways, and the Railway Board.
