Bakr and Pulinder Reddy belong to Zaheerabad in Sangareddy district and Bakr had approached Pulinder for help.

Two farmers made a sale agreement for their land in Muthangi village to one Mujeeb, who paid `10 lakh advance, but failed to pay the full amount in time. Later, Abu Bakr, Pulinder’s daughter Aishwarya and Abdullah made a sale agreement and Bakr paid `10 lakh as advance, but they also failed to pay the balance in time. Meanwhile, Bakr’s friends Ravinder Reddy and Gangadhar Reddy purchased the land and completed registration for around `80 lakh. They also paid `250 lakh as goodwill to Mujeeb and another `25 lakh to Bakr as goodwill and around `15 lakh to illegal residents on the land to avoid trouble. On learning this, Pulinder demanded `60 lakh from Bakr saying that due to him they lost the land and the profits on it.
