On Urban Green Day 5L saplings planted

Hyderabad: To celebrate Urban Green Day, 73 local bodies conducted the mega plantation drives. Five lakh saplings were planted around the city. The drives were conducted as a part of Haritha Haram. The drives were held on open spaces, religious places, institutions and others. Each local body was asked to plant a minimum of 2,000 plants depending on availability of the location.
