Despite repeated contacts, alerts, Flipkart failed to make refund

Ihave an issue with Flipkart. A refund from them (No. 93842920) which was never credited to my bank account. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care by phone or through emails.

All my efforts have so far been in vain with none of the email to their IDs being delivered while there is literally no response from all their 1800 numbers.

Also, it appears that someone has managed to register himself with Flipkart using my mobile number for which I have been receiving SMSes. There is just an avenue to pursue the matter. This involves a national level online retail vendor Flipkart.

No wonder such online retailers have been failing to stand in the competition against international professional ones like Amazon, eBay and Alibaba.
