High-handed Airtel outlet

Charges collected for SIM card

- S. Guruswami 9949709266

Ivisited Airtel outlet in Habsiguda to get my 2G SIM card changed to 4G. When I was asked to pay `100, I told them it was free and I would not want to pay the amount even though some customers present there presented their own arguments. Then I insisted on a receipt but it was refused. One staffer who was said to be CEO, Sashi, told me that, if I wished, I can lodge a complaint with anybody on the earth without showing even the minimum courtesy to be offered to a 72-year-old person. My old SIM was, at that time, already been deactivated and I had no option but to shell out `100.

I would like any higher authority from the service provider to explain to me how and why things have to function in such unacceptable manner!
