ICICI BANK AND AVON CYCLES CHEATED ME

Iwas declared a winner in the Creative Masters-III contest organised by ICICI Bank in association with Avon cycles. I was informed about this and was sent a redeemable voucher bearing number ACL:SALES:MA/KK/ ICICI-W-III-89/2017-18, dated June 23, 2017 for Sunai Sr. bicycle at the dealer M/s Jai Ganesh cycle stores, 2-1-146, M.G. Road, Secunderabad 500003.

Telephone number of the dealer was given as 04027812617, The mobile number was 9391026023.

The redeemable voucher is signed by Mandeep Singh Pahwa, Executive Director for Avon Cycles Limited, Delhi.

The dealer M/s Jai Ganesh Cycle Stores, is not honouring the voucher.

Sometimes he is telling that there is no communication to him from Avon cycles limited and some times he says that Sunai Sr. bicycle is out of stock!

It appears that Creative Masters-III contest organised by ICICI Bank in association with Avon cycles is a farce.

I request the concerned authorities of ICICI Bank and Avon Cycles Limited to take appropriate action in the matter to see that people do not lose faith in the contests organised by ICICI Bank.
