Sewage staff await orders from ‘saab’
Ihad filed a complaint via 155313 for sewerage block on September 22, 2017, and was given token 3758 (CAN 032146480).
Till now, however, nobody has visited my house while the drainage has started to overflow. We are not able to use the toilets.
I visited Water Board office at Vijaynagar Colony where the workers told me that they would not visit my place till their ‘saab’ orders them. The official had not arrived there till that time, i.e. 11.30 am. I visited again after an hour and was told that the ‘saab’ had left and workers are supposed to be contacted at 8.30 am.
I do not understand the point of having an online compliant system if the complainant has to appeal repeatedly.
I wished there was a private alternative for sewerage board too. I need some guidance in this troubling matter.
