Toshiba staff fail to respond to complaint

My Toshiba TV complaint was registered on July 9, 2017 (number 7i0006681) .

We have a serious issue with electronic company Toshiba with regard to a repair work that I had requested. The CSR assured us that they will attend to the repairs within 2/3 weeks. Time and again we call the CSR only to be told that the work would be done in the next seven days. At times they keep our call on hold. An official there by name Mamatha assured us on August 21 that their customer service technician would come and repair in another one week and gave Hyderabad representa­tive number. However, there has not been any response. It is now almost three months and nothing has been done.

My request is for the concerned to take some timely action to resolve my issue.
