Toshiba staff fail to re­spond to com­plaint

My Toshiba TV com­plaint was reg­is­tered on July 9, 2017 (num­ber 7i0006681) .

We have a se­ri­ous is­sue with elec­tronic com­pany Toshiba with re­gard to a re­pair work that I had re­quested. The CSR as­sured us that they will at­tend to the re­pairs within 2/3 weeks. Time and again we call the CSR only to be told that the work would be done in the next seven days. At times they keep our call on hold. An of­fi­cial there by name Ma­matha as­sured us on Au­gust 21 that their cus­tomer ser­vice tech­ni­cian would come and re­pair in an­other one week and gave Hy­der­abad rep­re­sen­ta­tive num­ber. How­ever, there has not been any re­sponse. It is now al­most three months and noth­ing has been done.

My re­quest is for the con­cerned to take some timely ac­tion to re­solve my is­sue.
