AIRTEL `399 RECHARGE ‘NOT REALLY FREE’

Ireceived an SMS on my mobile phone (No. 7993426218) to recharge with `399 for unlimited calling facility valid for 84 days and 1 GB 4G data. Later, I came to understand that the validity was for only 28 days.

I approached the regional office and showed them the SMS which was sent to my number, They denied that the SMS was sent on behalf of Airtel.

There was a lot of persuation needed but they finally provided me the service.
