HDFC DEAL LEAVES A BAD FEELING

On my HDFC credit card (5459648904249530), I have registered for autopay for electricity monthly bill. HDFC credit card has paid the bill twice from my credit card (Reference number 17254140839). The second payment was made without my consent. I tried to contact HDFC bank but there is neither any response nor any clarification on this. This is very inconvenient. I request the authorities concerned to do the needful.
