Uttam asks OBCs to back Congress

Hyderabad: TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy told OBC communities that it was only the Congress that stood by them always. Taking a dig at Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, he said, “Only one family gets importance in TRS and it does not give any importance to the backward classes.” Speaking at a meeting with OBC community leaders at Gandhi Bhavan on Monday, he said, the TD or the YSRC did not give important positions to the leaders from backward classes. He advised the activists of OBC Cell to fight against the injustices being done to backward classes by the TRS government in the state and the NDA government in the Centre.
