LOOKOUT NOTICE FOR MISSING GIRL

Osmania University police have issued a lookout notice for a missing 17-year-old girl on Monday. The girl was identified as Afreen, 17, a resident of Habsiguda near Sai Baba temple.

A missing complaint has been lodged by her mother, Mohammad Noorjahan, 38. In her complaint, she stated that her daughter Afreen left the house on Sunday evening saying that she was going to their neighbour’s place, but she did not return. “After enquiring with their neighbours, it was found that her daughter never showed up at her neighbour’s place. She searched for her at all places possible, but in vain” said the subinspector of Osmania University police, N. Rama Krishna.

Her mother suspects one Prabhu and asked to take necessary actions against him, he added.

The police has booked a case under relevant Sections of the IPC and started an investigation.
