MAN ALLEGES FALSE PLAINT BY POLICE

Maccha Sai Kumar from New Bhoiguda in a complaint to Hyderabad DGP M. Mahender Reddy claimed he had been falsely framed for a crime and was named as the prime accused in a case on January 18 in Gandhi Nagar Police station.

Meanwhile, former Minister of AP Marri Shashidhar Reddy forwarded a representation demanding suspension of subinspector, Naga Raju after being convinced that Sai Kumar was framed.

“I have been framed and falsely implicated in this case as a part of the conspiracy by the local MLA and Telangana Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. To establish this I may be permitted to mention about the background. I was the victim of a murderous attack by one Talasani (Chinna) Srinivas Yadav, younger brother of Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and six others on February 25, 2016. I survived because of the timely action of the then circle-inspector of Gandhi Nagar who realised that I was grievously injured and admitted me to Care Hospital in Musheerabad in a critical condition, from where I recovered after prolonged hospitalisation. Request for a thorough inquiry and to take appropriate and stringent action against all those responsible for it,” Maccha Sai Kumar said in the letter.

He also added that an inquiry should be conducted by a senior officer into how Gandhi Nagar police had booked false and fabricated case with the direct involvement of a close follower of minister Srinivas Yadav and his personal staff. This, he said, would clearly establish the conspiracy hatched by the Minister.

Marri Reddy said he was convinced that it was a clear case of conspiracy to get false and fabricated cases booked against Sai and others.
