near the main gate on platform no 1 at Secunderabad station. On interrogation, he confessed to his involvement in chain-snatching and thefts in the railway station and in running trains.

Last year alone, he committed three offences under Secunderabad station limits. He was sent in remand on Monday. The Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday directed the management of Agri Gold Group of Companies to furnish all property documents and required papers to the Essel-Zee Group’s Subhash Chandra Foundation by March 15 to complete assessment of liabilities and assets for taking over the firm.

A division bench comprising Justice V. Ramasubramanian and Justice S.V. Bhatt was dealing with a PIL by the depositors and agents seeking a CBI probe into the Agri Gold company fraud. Inviting publication at this stage would complicate the issue further, it said.

Agri Gold Company, while submitting an affidavit explaining the list of the documents already furnished to the Essel Group, sought more time to furnish the remaining property documents as it was not in a position to annex all the required papers as it offices were not fully functioning.

The bench said it would not grant time again as it would further delay completion of the takeover process and counsel for Agri Gold to fix a final date to submit the documents.
