THE RAIL ROUTE

Ganja transported through trains to Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Solapur, New Delhi and Mumbai.

Trains preferred are Konark Express, Lokmanya Tilak Express, Navajeevan Express, A P Express and Ajanta Express.

The transporters arrive early at the railway station and board the general compartment or sleeper class bogies and stock the ganja there.

GRP personnel employed informants who stand at main stations and observe the movement of the ganja transporters. They tip off the cops who apprehend the transporters at some other stations enroute.
