TELANGANA STATE DIRECTORATE OF THE NATIONAL CADET CORPS UNDER ACB SCANNER
THE TS HAD ISSUED GO 75 ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2015, THROUGH THE HEALTH MEDICAL AND FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT IN WHICH IT REVISED THE PRIORITY FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES UNDER THE NCC QUOTA.
PRIORITY I
NCC cadets who have participated at the international level, selected for youth exchange programme (Priority within selected cadets will be given in order of seniority of certificates — C, B and A). NCC cadets participating at international level events in shooting, sailing, rafting, canoe and kayaking, mountaineering, skydiving, para jump, parasailing, questrian. NCC cadets who have won gallantry or national bravery awards, raksha mantri padak.
PRIORITY II
Gold, silver or bronze medal winners in the Republic Day Camp at New Delhi in any event. NCC cadets participating at Republic Day camp at New Delhi. Medal winners in All India TSC / NSC / VSC for Republic Day Banner competition.
Participants in All India TSC / NSC / VSC. Medal winners in para jumps, skydiving, mountaineering, sailing, parasailing, rafting, canoeing and kayaking, shooting competitions, equestrian conducted by the respective federations / associations at the national level / NCC Games at national level.

PRIORITY III
Participants at Republic Day parade at state level.
Participants at Independence Day parade at state Level.
C, B and A certificate holders. ALLEGATION RAISED BY COMPLAINTS:
Some people who are not even NCC cadets got admission in medical colleges. Some NCC cadets who participated in Republic Day Camp-2015 in New Delhi did not even figure in the guest cadets list given by deputy director, Secunderabad.
Cadets who got admission under the guise of their participation in RDC, New Delhi, were non-trained cadets or guest cadets.
