CONGRESS RE­VOKES EX­PUL­SIONS

With elec­tions ap­proach­ing, the state Congress is re­vok­ing the sus­pen­sion and ex­pul­sion of party lead­ers, which is a com­mon prac­tice. These lead­ers were sus­pended or ex­pelled on ground of anti-party ac­tiv­i­ties. TPCC pres­i­dent N. Ut­tam Ku­mar Reddy on Thursday re­voked the sus­pen­sion and ex­pul­sion of six lead­ers. In his or­ders, he said the dis­ci­plinary ac­tion of sus­pen­sion or ex­pul­sion against six lead­ers was re­voked and that they were read­mit­ted into the Congress. These lead­ers are: for­mer Warangal MP S. Ra­ja­iah, Ranga Reddy dis­trict lead­ers Maireddy Ram Reddy and R. Sub­hash Reddy, Nal­go­nda leader A. Gnana Sun­der, N. Shyam Sun­der of Karim­na­gar dis­trict and Nagesh Shetkar of Medak dis­trict.
